inquiries
direct inquiries
Your house is directly inquired on the reservation form of your presentation. If your house is valable in the requested time the demand will be sent immidiately to your email adress. Otherwize the interested person gets a report message.

Offers new
New, within the menu "direct inquiries" an interest is able to create and print exactly offers of your house. The guest can request a lease or a date to have a look at the house directly by email.

selection demand
The selection inquiry can contain up to ten houses.
If your house belongs to the selected houses of the interested person, you,'ll immidiately receive an inquiry included the information about the other requested houses. If you see frequently the same house in the selection requests, we recommend to contact them and to share inquiries, if your house is occupied.

circular
To protect circulars from unnecessary demands and to save you from work, the circular exists in two stages.
A preselected choice of houses, which fulfill the needs of the guest will be sent immidiately to your email adress. If the interested person is unsatisfied with the selected houses, in the second stage he's able to send an inquiry to each house. These inquiries are collected in a list and will be sent to your email adress by night.

translations
We present your page in German, French, Italien and English, in which the main part of the presentation is translated automatically. Because common translation programs don't translate proper, we do the translations without such programs. Descriptions of the house, the surrounding and the fotos have to be translated manually and be stored in the member area. (I no my english is not perfect.) However, if you don't translate your texts, the not automatically texts will be displayed in the default language., The option to choose a default language is inside the member area

occupation plan
Changings in the occupation plan resolve by clicking the date fields of the occupation plan inside the member area. Further on you can enter a multiple goups setting, if you allow more than one group in your house at the same time. Within the reservation requests and offers the guest will receive a hint.

The occuptaion plan has to be actualized monthly from the registration date. The actualzation is done by clicking the store button of the occupation form inside the member area.
At the end of the actualization dead line members who failed to actualize theirs occupation plans receive a reminder by email. By clicking a link inside the email they can update their occupation plan easily.
Members, who failed to update their occupation plan 14 days after the dead line pay 50.-fr delay fee. The actualization date of these occupation plans will be automatically set to the next regulary date. The delay fee has to be payed during 14 days after the date of invoice.

price list
The price list for the next year is to be entered one week bevor the end of the actual calender year at the latest.

Members, who failed to enter their price list, receive after the dead line a reminder by email.
Members, who failed to enter a new price list 14 days after the end of the dead line, have to pay a delay fee of 50.- fr.
Then the price list of the old year will be automatically rendered to the new year. The delay fee is transacted during 14 days after the date of invoice.

additional services
Actualization service
Members that are unabled to update their occupation plans and pricelist beause of holidays or an injury, we offer an actualization service. You have to tell us only the period of your absence. For this service we take a fee of 10.- fr/update. These fees are payable within the yearly bill or once per year.

Foto upload
We scan your common fotos and load them into your presentation for a upload fee of 5.-fr/foto, if you dislike to upload your fotos yourself. Please send te fotos to the adress inside the impressum. We'll send them back on the same day.
Compared to other service provider, who take up to 30.-fr/foto, we try to keep low prices in favour of better house presentations.

translations
We translate your texts for 0.01 fr/each letter of your text in your default language. Empty spaces count like letters.
Please send us your texts by email or post to the adress inside the impressum. Uploads of translated texts are free.

cancellation
A cancellation of the hosting contract is carried out at the latest three month befor the end of the full member ship year.
If the cancellation is carried out during the first year of member ship, we keep it to delete the presentation immidiately on the cancellation date.
On cancellation during the following years, the presentation will deleted at the end of the full year of member ship.
